11. Option to Return Merchandise Within 14 Days

Without prejudice to your statutory rights, we offer you the option to return merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you wish to return a product, please ensure you contact us in advance to obtain a Return Authorisation Number. Returns without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We are not liable for return shipping charges or customs duties on international returns. Please use a tracked shipping method and retain valid proof of postage until your refund has been processed. For EU and international returns, please clearly mark your package and accompanying documentation as “Returned Goods” to avoid delays or additional charges at customs.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unused, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are returned outside of the 14-day window may not be eligible for a refund.

This return option does not apply to items that are sealed for hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery. It also does not apply to digital products or gift vouchers.

The right to return within 14 days is a voluntary policy and does not affect your statutory warranty rights, which remain in place without limitation.

12 Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. If you paid by credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, the refund will be returned to the same account. If a gift voucher was used, the amount will be credited back to your voucher balance.

We reserve the right to deny refunds if returned merchandise does not meet the conditions outlined in section 11.
